Kim Holden

Kim’s career has run the gamut from home health and hospice nurse, to faculty member at Tennessee Technological University and South University, to an advocate and nurse working with our veteran population. She has been described as a dynamic speaker, and is an expert in how to de-stress holistically. Her colleagues say, “Kim is a sincere, inspiring, and motivational teacher.” She has spoken internationally on topics such as quality of life, and heart failure in the veteran population. She works tirelessly to promote health and stress management among veterans as well as the general population. Her background is public health and nursing, and these taught her to look at the whole person (mind, body, spirit). She is eager to help people find what they need to be healthier, happier humans.
